Warranty terms of SmartNexus.bg

I. General Provisions

  1. These Warranty Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the repair or replacement of defective products purchased from SmartNexus.bg (hereinafter referred to as "Seller" or "We").
  2. The Terms apply to all sales of products through our website, smartnexus.bg (the "Site"), whether purchased directly from us or through our authorized distributors.
  3. To make a claim under these Terms, you must provide proof of purchase (e.g. invoice or delivery receipt) and a copy of the original warranty card.

II. Warranty period

  1. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase as stated on your invoice or delivery receipt.
    • Second-hand products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  2. New products have the following warranty periods:
    • Electronics (laptops, computers, smart devices, cameras): 24 months

III. Warranty Coverage

  1. The warranty covers defects in functionality that occur during the warranty period.
  2. Damage caused by misuse, abuse or attempted repair by unauthorized persons is not covered.
  3. Warranty does not cover software, updates or data loss.

IV. Complaint procedure

  1. Before making a claim, please contact our customer service team using the contact information provided on our website.
  2. We will ask you to send us a picture of the defective product along with a brief description of the problem. Based on this information we will determine the most appropriate course of action.
  3. If the product is found to be defective and falls within the warranty period, we will decide whether to repair the product or replace it with a new one as appropriate.
  4. Note that you may need to return the product to us for evaluation. The cost of return will be at your expense unless otherwise expressly agreed.
  5. We reserve the right to request proof of purchase and the original warranty card before processing your warranty request.

V. Limitations and exemptions

  1. These Terms do not affect your rights under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act.
  2. SmartNexus.bg shall not be liable for any damages caused by the use of a defective product, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage or loss of data.
  3. 3.3. In the event of a dispute between Buyer and Seller that cannot be resolved by negotiation, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent court in accordance with Bulgarian law.

VI. Changes to the Terms

  1. We may change these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website.
  2. By continuing to shop in our store after any change, you confirm that you agree to the updated Terms.

VII. Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Bulgarian law.
