Own service

SmartNexus.bg provides warranty and out-of-warranty service for equipment purchased from us. We also offer service for products not purchased from us, but under certain conditions.

Warranty service

Every device purchased from SmartNexus.bg comes with a warranty card indicating the warranty period. During this period, the product is under warranty and if it shows a defect, it is subject to warranty service. Warranty service is completely free of charge and at the expense of SmartNexus.bg (except in the cases described in the warranty conditions).

The warranty service is carried out only in our service centers. Our service centers are located in our stores, Sofia, Dianabad Blvd. "Doctor G. М. Dimitarov, 62. and Sofia, g.k. Mladost 2, Sofia, Sofia, Sofia, Sofia. "St. 289.

Transportation of warranty devices to our service center is at the customer's expense.
SmartNexus.bg is obliged to provide high quality services, guaranteeing the functionality of the advertised warranty device within 14 days after its acceptance.

If there is more than one device to be repaired, the order of repair will follow the order of their acceptance in our service.
Any request for urgency of a repair means that this repair (if possible) will be a paid repair.

IMPORTANT!: SmartNexus.bg is in no way responsible for the software installed on the device given for repair, nor for any information contained therein.
SmartNexus.bg is not responsible for a product left for repair and not claimed for 30 calendar days.

Out-of-warranty service of goods purchased from SmartNexus.bg

When an appliance is out of warranty and has shown a defect, it is subject to OUT OF WARRANTY repair. When you bring a device in for an out-of-warranty repair at our service center, the process goes like this:

Diagnostic fee: 30 BGN. This fee must be paid in advance upon acceptance of the device.

After an out-of-warranty device diagnosis by one of our technicians, you will receive accurate information about the defect and the cost of the out-of-warranty repair.
Upon your confirmation, the device will be repaired, with the cost of diagnostics deducted from the repair price.

In the event that you cancel the repair, the diagnostic fee paid will not be refunded.
Out-of-warranty repairs are carried out only in our service centers. Dianabad, Sofia Blvd. "Doctor G. М. Dimitarov, 62. and Sofia, g.k. Mladost 2, Sofia, Sofia, Sofia, Sofia. "St. 289.

Transportation of goods to our service center and from our service center to the address you specify are at your expense.

Paid repairs of goods not purchased from SmartNexus.bg

When an equipment is not purchased from SmartNexus.bg and has shown a defect, it is subject to PAID repair. SmartNexus.bg has the right not to accept the device for repair or to accept it under the following conditions:

When delivering a defective device to our service SmartNexus.bg, a diagnostic fee is charged: 30 BGN.
A diagnostic of the device is performed and the approximate cost of the repair is determined. If you agree, the device is repaired and the diagnostic fee is deducted from the final repair cost.

In the event that you cancel the repair, the diagnostic fee paid will not be refunded.
Transportation of goods to our service center and from our service center to the address you specify are at your expense.
