Delivery of goods ordered through the online store is carried out by courier.

Deliveries are made only within the geographical territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

The cost of delivery is calculated by courier "SPEEDY".

Delivery to an address is made by courier on the following days: Monday to Friday: 9.00 to 17.30.

Orders are delivered to the customer's address or to the courier company's office.

The delivery time is between 1-5 working days depending on the location or announced schedules for remote locations and public holidays when deliveries are not made by the courier company.

The trader is not responsible for delays caused by the actions of a courier or courier company.

Orders placed after 1 p.m. are processed the next day. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

In the event that the customer cannot be contacted to clarify the delivery, the distance sales contract is automatically terminated and the Merchant is released from the obligation to deliver the order.
