Delivery

SmartNexus.bg has partnered with the courier company Speedy for delivery of orders within Bulgaria.
The standard delivery time is 1 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch of the order.
Delivery times may be extended due to factors beyond our control such as adverse weather conditions, national holidays or traffic problems.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. This number allows you to track your delivery in real time.

1. Price of delivery

1.1. The shipping cost for orders is calculated at the time of order after selecting the address or office of the courier and choosing the method of payment. This fee is added to your order total during the checkout process.
1.2. SmartNexus.bg offers free delivery to the courier's office for orders over 399 BGN.
1.3. The shipping cost may vary depending on the weight and size of your package as well as the shipping address. The actual shipping cost will be shown during the checkout process.

2. Delivery methods

2.1. We offer delivery to an address or office within Bulgaria.
2.2. Door delivery method - the parcel will be delivered to your address.
2.3. Delivery method on request/delivery to Speedy office.

3. Refusal of delivery

3.1. You may refuse delivery on receipt of the shipment if:

  • The parcel was apparently damaged on delivery.
  • The shipment obviously does not match the description provided on the website.
  • Items listed on the order are missing from the shipment.

3.2. You must inform the courier immediately of any problems with the delivery and follow the procedures set out by the courier (e.g. completing a returns form).

3.3. In the event of a dispute between Buyer and Seller that cannot be resolved by negotiation, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent court in accordance with Bulgarian law.

4. Amendments and additions

4.1. We may change these Terms of Supply at any time by posting the updated version on our website.
4.2 By continuing to place orders in our shop after any change, you confirm that you agree to the updated Terms of Supply.

5. Applicable law

These Terms of Supply shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Bulgarian law.
